The Skills for Success are the nine skills the Canadian government has identified everyone needs to be successful in work, learning and life. Over the next several months we're going to take a look at each of them.

According to the Canadian government, adaptability is your ability to achieve or adjust goals and behaviours when expected or unexpected change occurs, by planning, staying focused, persisting, and overcoming setbacks. For example, we use this skill to change plans to meet new deadlines, learn how to work with new tools and improve our skills through feedback.
