Free Opportunity for Service Providers and Educators!

Do you offer support services or adult education opportunities to immigrants in the London/Middlesex area?

On March 7, 2018, we are hosting a one-day event called, “Learning Together.” This event will encourage immigrants to meet with service providers who can help them be more connected to the community. The event will also introduce immigrants to educational opportunities that can help them achieve their goals. If you think your organization can play a role in achieving these goals, we invite you to set up a display booth and contribute to the success of this event.

The Skills for Success are the nine skills the Canadian government has identified everyone needs to be successful in work, learning and life. Today we're continuing our look at the Skills for Success by talking about Writing . According to the Canadian government, writing is how we share information using written words, symbols, and images. For example, we use this skill to fill out forms and applications, and write emails, reports and social media posts.
