Jan Gourley

Jan joined Literacy Link South Central as a Project Manager in 2023. 

She brings experience in technical support, customer care, business management and operations to her role at LLSC. As a former Child Development Practitioner apprentice and licensed Early Childhood Educator working in the school board system, Jan brings a unique understanding of the apprenticeship system to her role in managing projects including Literacy Link South Central’s “Step Up and Succeed” initiative. 

Jan recognizes the needs and perspectives of apprentices, trainers, employers, and both the apprenticeship and adult education systems. Jan is also a trained Roots of Empathy instructor and MindUp curriculum educator.
